• Civic Use of Buildings/房地产 Management: Rental of district buildings, management of District real-estate assets.

• 家具 & 移动: 家具 request, removal, and moves.
• 线上博彩平台里的艺术:全室内 & exterior additions, removal & move proposals are reviewed by the Art Committee for approval.
• 维护服务: School facilities/grounds maintenance, repairs, and upkeep via our Work Order process.
• 项目管理: District approval lead renovations and volunteer projects via our 项目 Development Request (PDR) process. All changes to school campuses and District buildings must use the PDR process.
• 能源 & 可持续性管理: Oversees energy/utility management, 废物管理, green schoolyards/green buildings, and efficient building operations. Also coordinates energy efficient projects through education of environmental stewardship and conservation.
• 仓库: Purchasing and inventorying of all District stock items, 物料库存要求, 小马/邮件服务, and record retention/retrieval.
